Interschools Athletics Carnival

On Wednesday the 2nd of April a team of athletes from SHPS, approx. 50, went to the Domain to compete against other schools in the Interschools Athletics.

SHPS came third overall in Division A, our best ever!

It was a great experience for all of us and everyone was inclusive, clapping and cheering everyone on, even other schools.

We started the day with the 1500m race, then we moved onto the 100m races. We also competed in the shot put, vortex, and long jump.

We then had 200m races. Everyone was having a great time; the atmosphere was very bubbly and hyper!

Overall, we had some really good results, and everyone tried their hardest all day.

To end a great day we had the relays and everyone had fun and did their best.
