Today Year 6 teachers and myself met with Year 6 students to let them know that Hagley Farm Environment Centre’s building works are not due to be completed this year. We have sourced an alternative camp, for the same dates, at Blue Lagoon, Dodges Ferry. 

Today students are bringing home an envelope with paperwork for this camp. Please see the correspondence list for details of what you should be receiving. Students were asked to leave their envelopes sealed to ensure no paperwork is lost.

Students who are absent will receive their envelope on their first day back at school next term.

• Change of venue letter 
• Major Excursion Consent and Medical information 
• Kit list 
• Dietary and Lifestyle Information Form 

 Year 6 students, as applicable: 

• Previous dietary and medical forms  
• Copy of Forms A and B already provided for your reference 
• New forms if required 
• With compliments slip for those who have paid
