Dear Families,

Thank you to everyone who has already volunteered to assist at the State Cross Country event at Symmons Plains next week. We greatly appreciate your support!

However, we still need at least five more volunteers to ensure the event runs smoothly and safely for our students. Volunteers will be responsible for general supervision, guiding groups to the marshalling area before their race, waiting for them at the finish line, and escorting them back to the school tent.

Without these additional volunteers, we will be unable to provide bus transportation with school staff, and families will need to arrange their own transport for their children.

If you are available to help, please contact me on anne.reeves@decyp.tas.gov.au  as soon as possible. Your assistance will make a significant difference in ensuring our students have a successful and enjoyable experience.
