Year 6 Camp Medications 

The camp medications can be brought into the office during business hours up to and including Tuesday 17 June (the week before camp).  

Medications need to be brought in by an adult who will sign a dosage form to be placed with the medicine. The medication will also be checked against the Forms A &/or B previously provided. Medications will need to be in blister packs and in original pharmacy boxes. Any queries, please email Mrs. Helen Rothwell.
